2. Services Provided
GLR Energy provides air source heat pump installations, maintenance, and related energy services. We offer care plans for heat pump services, covering maintenance and support under the terms outlined below.
3. Care Plan Agreement
Scope of Cover: Regular maintenance, system checks, and fault diagnosis. Repairs or parts not included will be charged separately.
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs is not covered under the care plan.
4. Booking and Access
Appointments must be booked in advance. If an engineer cannot access the property at the agreed time, the client remains liable for the call-out charge.
Missed or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may also incur a call-out charge.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for care plans are due monthly. Failure to make payments within 14 days may result in suspension of services.
Payments for one-off services or installations require an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. Ownership and warranty of the installation remain with GLR Energy until full payment is made.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel the care plan at any time by providing one month’s written notice.
Refunds for unused services are not provided.
GLR Energy reserves the right to terminate the care plan if the client breaches the terms of the agreement or fails to make payments.
7. Liability and Warranties
